Black and Green City

Silkscreenprinted on handmade paper, this beautiful card features traditional Indian textile patterns as illustrations – which call attention to the battle between concrete and green in our cities. Created by Ruchi Shah for the visual anthology, Travelling Patterns, these images were inspired by the the block printed images that are to be found in traditional cotton textiles.
